The June 6-8 Heacock Classic Gold Cup Historic Race is VIR?scrown jewel in the calendar. Featuring All American Muscle for 2008, the event will spotlight cars with American power. Entries are expected to include V8-powered ?Specials? from the 50s and 60s, plus Can-Am, Trans-Am, IMSA and even NASCAR racers from the past. Previous years? Gold Cups have featured Porsche, Healey, Italian cars, German cars, women in racing and more.
I'll try to get more detailed info from VIR about the schedule and see if we can get a group discount.
